Quick-Heater for Mounting Bearings

A: The temperature range of WTR can be controlled up to 300°C, however, it should be noted that although the heater can be heated to such high temperatures, in practical applications, the appropriate heating temperature should be determined according to the material of the bearing or other workpiece, the fit diameter, the interference amount, and the minimum clearance of the hot charge. In general, the temperature range of the bearing heating is usually more common between 80°C and 100°C to ensure that the bearing can be installed smoothly without damage due to high temperature. In addition, it should also be noted that the temperature sensor as an important part of the heater, its long-term operating temperature also has a certain limit. It is recommended that the long-term operating temperature of the temperature sensor should not exceed 150°C, so as to avoid demagnetization or damage due to high temperature, affecting the normal use of the heater.
