Project Background
In energy projects, pipelines need welding.
Before welding, the pipe must be heated.
In this project, Sunward Intelligent was working on pipeline installation.
They needed a stable way to heat the pipe before welding.

The Problem on Site
The team used gas flame to heat the pipe.
This caused several problems:
- The temperature was not even
- Different workers got different results
- The flame was not safe
- The process was slow
These problems affected both quality and progress.
Customer Needs
The customer wanted a better way.
They needed:
- Faster heating
- Stable temperature
- Safer working method
- Easy use on site
Our Solution
We suggested using an induction heating system.
We provided:
- 60KW air-cooled induction heater
- Flexible heating belts
- The system can be set up quickly.
- It can also adjust power during use.
On-Site Application
The system was used on the pipeline:
- Pipe diameter: about 600 mm
- Heating width: about 300 mm
- Target temperature: 300°C
After setup, the system started working on site.
Results
Induction Heating gave stable heating during use.
