How to perform automatic demagnetization operation on bearing heaters
The correct demagnetization operation is important for fully automatic bearing heaters. There are different demagnetization operation methods in different modes. Please automatically collect the following skills.
Under time control mode:
0-99.9 minutes, set the desired heating time. When the time is up, the heating will automatically stop and the demagnetization will work for 3-4 seconds. The red light will turn on, and all heating and demagnetization will be completed. After moving the trolley and removing the core column, the workpiece can be removed and installed.

Under temperature control mode:
Set the desired heating temperature within the range of 0-300 ℃, and the heating will automatically stop when the temperature reaches the desired level. The demagnetization process will last for 3-4 seconds. At the same time, remove the temperature sensor and the red light will turn on, indicating that all heating and demagnetization processes have been completed. After moving the trolley and removing the core column, the workpiece can be removed and installed.
Note: 300 ℃ is the maximum temperature of the temperature probe. The maximum heating temperature of this machine can reach 380 ℃. If it needs to be heated to above 300 ℃, it can continue to be heated by relying on the time heating mode.
Emergency stop:
If you need to stop heating during the heating process, press the stop red button for 3 seconds and release it, and all heating and demagnetization will be completed. After moving the cart and removing the core column, the workpiece can be removed.
