The application of WTR bearing induction heater

When the initial bearing heating is not required by the temperature difference between the inner and outer rings, the bearing and bearing seat can be heated by WTR large power frequency induction heater. This model is mainly used in the installation of bearing and bearing seat of units below 2.5MW. With the improvement of the wind turbine assembly process and the improvement of power generation capacity, the host manufacturer puts forward the temperature difference requirement of the bearing heating domestic inner and outer rings ≤25-30℃, WTR with the help of PLC program automatic control mode, the production of multi-point temperature control industrial frequency heater, set the temperature difference value of the inside and outside, the upper and lower temperature difference value of the inner ring, the heater automatically controls the start and stop for heating. There is no need to arrange personnel on site. After the heating is finished, the automatic heat preservation mode is entered, and there is a sound and light prompt. The machine is mainly used in the installation of spindle bearings and bearing seats of wind turbines above 3MW.

They are widely used in industries such as new energy, wind power, cement, mining.papermaking, metallurgy, transportation, etc.. perfectly achieving process requirements suchas hot sleeve disassembly, local heating of special-shaped workpieces, pre welding preheat-ing, post welding hydrogen elimination, and rapid assembly of automated assembly lines.

With the benefit of relevant national policies, host manufacturers have put forward new requirements for heating speed to improve production capacity. WTR technicians upgrade the multi-point temperature control heater according to the demand, and increase the electric auxiliary heating belt in the bearing outer ring to replenish the heat of the bearing outer ring at the same time, reduce the heat dissipation of the bearing outer ring and play the role of heat preservation. After this transformation, the bearing heating time can be shortened by more than 30 minutes.
