How to use bearing heater
Detailed steps for using a bearing heater are as follows:
1. Preparation work
1)Check the equipment: Make sure the bearing heater is intact and all components are firmly connected and not loose or damaged.
2)Choose a power supply: According to the power requirements of the bearing heater (usually 220V/380V AC), select a suitable power socket and ensure a good grounding wire.
3)Prepare the yoke: According to the specifications of the bearing to be heated, select a suitable yoke and ensure that its surface is flat and free of damage.
2. Installation and connection
1)Place the yoke: Place the yoke smoothly on the end face of the main unit of the bearing heater, making sure there is good contact between the two and no gaps.
2)Connect the power supply: Insert the plug of the bearing heater into the power socket with a control switch, and check whether the power cord is secure.
3)Check the grounding: After powering on, use a test pen to check whether the grounding wire is in good condition to ensure that the equipment is safely grounded.
3. Set parameters
1)Automatic detection: After the power is turned on, the bearing heater will automatically detect the probe and ambient temperature, and display the current ambient temperature on the display.
2)Select control mode: select temperature control or time control mode as needed. If you need temperature control, you can set the target temperature by adjusting the temperature setting button; if you need time control, you can set the heating time by adjusting the time setting button.
3)Adjust parameters: If you need to adjust the temperature or time parameters, press the corresponding up or down key to fine-tune until the required setting value is reached.
4. Start heating
1)Press the start button: After confirming that all settings are correct, press the start button and the bearing heater will start to heat the bearing.
2)Monitor the heating process: During the heating process, you should pay close attention to the temperature changes of the bearings and the working status of the equipment to ensure that the heating process proceeds smoothly.
5. End heating and pickup
1)Automatic stop: When the set temperature or time is reached, the bearing heater will automatically stop heating and may exit the sound and light prompt alarm.
2)Demagnetization treatment (if equipped): Some bearing heaters have an automatic demagnetization function and will automatically demagnetize the bearings after heating.
3)Blender: Once the blender has cooled to a temperature where it is safe to blend (take care to prevent burns), move the VAT iron to the left or right to release the blender, then blend the blender.
4)Arrange the equipment: Put the ladder iron back on top of the main unit, turn off the power and disconnect the equipment from the power supply. Clean up the work site and keep equipment tidy.
Things to note
1)Safe use of electricity: Make sure the power outlet is well grounded to avoid the risk of electric shock.
2)Correctly select the balance iron: Choose the appropriate balance iron according to the bearing specifications to ensure the heating effect and equipment safety.
3)Avoid overheating: Strictly control heating temperature and time to prevent bearing damage or damage caused by overheating.
4)Regular maintenance: Regularly check whether all components of the bearing heater are working properly. If there are any abnormalities, they should be repaired or replaced in time.
5)Comply with operating procedures: Strictly operate in accordance with the equipment instructions and operating procedures to avoid equipment damage or safety accidents caused by misoperation.
