Principle of electromagnetic induction heating
Electromagnetic induction heating is based on the basic principle of electromagnetic induction, polarity instantaneous change of strong magnetic beam, such as metal heated material placed in the coil, magnetic beam will run through the whole heated material, inside the heated material and heating current in the opposite direction of large eddy current, due to the resistance of the heated material and joule heat, make the temperature of the material itself rises rapidly, using the workpiece vortex heat for heating. It has the advantages of high heating efficiency, fast speed and good controllability, and is easy to realize high temperature and local heating and high power induction heating device, which has been used as a switching device for many years. Due to the inability to self-off, low efficiency and poor load stability, the output voltage of the inverter appears intermittent oscillation during the light load operation, so it is imperative to use IGBT semiconductor devices instead of SCR devices in high power occasions. The induction heating device using IGBT semiconductor device has the advantages of high efficiency, fast heating of the workpiece, easy control, less oxidation and decarbonization, and reliable process quality.
2.IGBT Advantages of the power supply
2.1. IGBT Power supply is a new type of IGBT inverter module (insulated gate bipolar transistor, produced in Germany) is mainly used for smelting carbon steel, alloy steel, cast steel, non-ferrous metals.
