Introduction of the principle of medium and high frequency electromagnetic induction heating

The principle of electromagnetic induction to produce high frequency induction eddy current heat effect to heat the workpiece is essentially a frequency converter with power control function. First, place the customized induction tooling inside the heating workpiece (for temperature difference, the internal and external ring sensors can be heated simultaneously); adsorb the temperature sensor to the inner ring of the workpiece, turn on the host power supply to set the heating temperature, and start the equipment for heating. No temperature sensor is used in the time mode.

WTR IF induction heating characteristics and main technical indicators

WTR medium frequency induction heating power supply is an energy saving product of DSP + IGBT structure; the product is IGBT inverter and adopts DSP for full digital precise control, always ensure the IGBT working in ZCS (zero current switch) condition; full air cooling structure greatly reduces the power loss; various operation control modes and set functions enable the equipment to suit the process requirements of almost all induction heating occasions; perfect restriction protection measures enable the equipment to maintain continuous and safe operation under various working conditions.

2) The power supply is fully air cooled structure, the main engine, transformer and capacitor group are air cooled.

3) Air cooling sensors can be used in many cases; the whole system does not require water.

5) Uninterrupted operation design: In the case of quick cutting or flash of the power supply circuit, or accidental protection, the device can automatically diagnose, and automatically return to the normal operation state (manual restart), so as to avoid the production loss caused by shutdown.
