Working principle
The working principle of WTR-16-4 mainly relies on electromagnetic induction technology. When the circuit is closed, the main components of the heater (such as pure copper induction coils, silicon steel sheets, etc.) work together to form a complete magnetic field. In actual operation, the bearing workpiece to be heated is placed on the heating yoke, and the yoke is placed on the iron core vertical column, so that the entire magnetic field is closed.
Once energized, the heated workpiece acts like a resistor in the magnetic field. Every time the current passes through this resistor, it will accumulate, thereby generating heat and achieving the heating effect.
