Operating principle
Using electromagnetic induction principle, make the bearing as a secondary coil, when connected power , from the inner to the outer will lead to thermal expansion , which will meet the surplus over assembly.
Heating Method
When power is supplied, the magnetic core generates an alternating magnetic field.
After placing the bearing on the yoke, eddy currents form inside the metal. The electrical resistance of the material converts energy into heat, raising the temperature from the inner diameter outward.
This internal heating method provides controlled expansion and reduces installation stress on the shaft and bearing.
