Working principle
The working principle of the portable electric heater is to use the metal to generate eddy currents in the alternating magnetic field and heat itself, which is usually used in metal heat treatment and other aspects.
Operation procedure and norms
1. According to the inner diameter of the bearing, select the corresponding yoke, and place the yoke of the bearing on the string bushing of the host core end face, which should be consistent and flat.
2. During the heating process, use the temperature sensor to measure the temperature rise of the end face of the inner ring of the bearing. When the temperature rise meets the heating requirement, check the heating time, and stop heating, remove the yoke and dismantle the bearing for assembly.
3. When continuously heating the same specification bearing, put the function selector switch to the time control position, set the heating time, and automatically turn off the power when the bearing is heated to the set time.
4. When the work is completed, set the function selector switch to the stop position and cut off the power supply.
