Working Principle
The working principle of the bearing induction heater is mainly based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When thicker metals (such as bearings) are exposed to an alternating magnetic field, an electric current is generated due to the phenomenon of electromagnetic induction, and this current forms a spiral flow path inside the metal, i.e. eddy currents. The flow of eddy currents within the metal generates heat, which is absorbed by the metal itself, leading to a rapid warming of the metal.
