Holiday Schedule
Our Spring Festival holiday in 2026 will be observed from February 14th to February 23rd.
Normal business operations, including production and logistics, will officially resume on February 24th.
During the holiday period, our factory will temporarily suspend production, order processing, and shipment arrangements.
Service Arrangement During the Holiday
Although production will be paused, we remain committed to maintaining communication with our customers. To ensure continuity of service, the following arrangements will be in place:
Sales and customer service teams will check emails and inquiries periodically
Basic technical consultation and application guidance can still be provided
Urgent matters can be coordinated in advance with our team
Order details, quotations, and production plans will be confirmed after the holiday according to the manufacturing schedule
Please note that response time during the holiday may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your kind understanding.
Production and Delivery Planning
To ensure a smooth transition before and after the holiday, we kindly suggest customers with ongoing or upcoming projects to plan ahead:
Confirm order specifications and quantities as early as possible
Communicate expected delivery timelines in advance
Arrange shipment plans before the holiday where necessary
Early coordination will allow us to better reserve production capacity and arrange shipments once normal operations resume.
