Recently, our team faced a transportation delay during the shipment of an induction heating system for a European customer. The original railway delivery plan was affected by unexpected congestion, which risked delaying the customer's installation schedule.
After reviewing the situation internally, we decided to upgrade the shipment to air freight in order to protect the customer's timeline.
