Heating purpose: preheating before welding, heating workpiece: steel pipe, workpiece material: X80M, workpiece parameters: diameter 1.422 meters, the length needed to heat 2 meters, wall thickness: 32.1mm, the total length of the pipe is 18 meters, heating temperature: 200 degrees, heating time: within 10 minutes.
According to customer needs, 60KW intermediate frequency heaters are recommended, with 3 flexible plus tropic (including aerial insert): 1550mm * 300mm * 20mm, 23-meter long extension cables (4 domestic aerial inserts), 15-meter long armored thermocouple, and 6 magnetic suction fixtures. According to the above configuration and customer requirements, the technical plan has been sent to customers. After discussion, customers have recognized our technical strength and quality. This project is a preliminary plan and will be used by the end of the year, and they will come to our factory to visit the equipment before confirming the purchase.
