Portable Induction Bearing Heater
Product working principle
The working principle of the Bearing Heater is electromagnetic induction. When thicker metal is in an alternating magnetic field, a current is generated due to electromagnetic induction. This current forms a spiral flow path (eddy current) inside the metal, thereby generating heat to heat up the metal itself. By controlling the intensity and frequency of the alternating magnetic field, precise control of heating temperature and time can be achieved.
Applications
