WTR-SIH3.6 bearing heater adopts two heating control methods: time and temperature.
heating controller control plus thermal mode: time and temperature control are displayed in numbers,can intuitively understand the workpiece heating time and heating temperature. Time error is small per minuteat 5%.
The heating time of the heater can be adjusted in the range of 0-9999 seconds, and the heating temperature can be adjusted in the range of 0-300°C.Yoke irons of different specifications can be equipped according to the size of the user's workpiece. When using, select a yoke with a size similar to the hole diameter of the workpiece.This way, the thermal efficiency of heating the workpiece is the best.
Operating principle
Using the principle of electromagnetic induction, metal is used to generate eddy currents in an alternating magnetic field to heat itself. It is usually used in hot metal places management, etc. The principle is that when thicker metal is in an alternating magnetic field, electric current will be generated due to the phenomenon of electromagnetic induction. And thicker after the metal generates electric current, the electric current will form a spiral flow path inside the metal, so that due to the flow of electric current,all the heat is absorbed by the metal itself, causing the metal to heat up quickly. ● If the ambient temperature exceeds 70℃ (158℉), the heater will automatically stop and the code "E01" will be displayed on the operation panel.
● When using the temperature control mode for heating, if the temperature rise rate is too low, the heater will automatically stop and the code "E01" will be displayed on the operation panel.
● When the heater is overloaded, the heater will automatically adjust the output power within a certain range; if the overload cannot be resolved, the heater will activate the power-off protection function and automatically stop working.
● Heater equipped with a rocker (rocker arm) that can be fixed for safety when in the open position.
● If the coil temperature exceeds 80℃ (176℉) during the operation of the heater, the heater will automatically stop.
