Working Principle
The heater is a primary coil and the heated workpiece is a secondary coil. When the high voltage and low AC power passes through the primary coil (heater) having a plurality of coils, a low voltage high current is generated inside the heated workpiece, so that the heated workpiece becomes a secondary coil. High current flows through the workpiece to heat it. The workpiece is automatically demagnetized after each heating process.
The installation of Portable Induction Heater
(1)Unpack the heater and place the heater on a non-ferrous, fixed, stable surface.
(2)The package are with a heater,a set of heating rods and a temperature probe.
(3)Check that the supply voltage and current meet the parameters required on the nameplate on the machine.
(4)Make sure that the cable is not in contact with the heated bearing or workpiece.
(5)Not all heater models are equipped with a power plug. When a heater model is not equipped with a power plug, a professional electrician should install the matching plug and ensure wiring protection.
(6)Insert the temperature probe to ensure the plug is with - and+ of the socket.
(7)Turned on the switch, the machine will make a short beep, while the operation panel displays 110°C (preset target temperature by the manufacturer) or the temperature memorized during the last work.
(8)Place the workpiece, heating rod and temperature probe correctly.
(9)The heater is ready to operate in the default temperature mode or in the operating mode set during the last work.
