The operation control of the tower induction heater is done by the internal frequency conversion circuit board and the control circuit board. There are three control modes, which the user can select as required: temperature mode, time mode, or temperature holding mode. When choosing the temperature mode, plug the temperature sensor correctly into the sensor socket on the back of the heater (note: the socket is positive and negative, do not insert wrong).
Need to set the workpiece heating target temperature, and then the temperature sensor adsorption in the end of the inner ring or near the edge of the inner hole, press the start button, start heating, the device heating to the target temperature after the automatic shutdown, sound prompt, and the LCD screen flashing, the heating process, the operator press the stop button, take the workpiece. In time mode, it is also necessary to set the target heating time. If the temperature sensor is collected at the same time, the temperature sensor is used without the temperature acquisition.
