Working Principle

When alternating current flows through the magnetic core, an alternating magnetic field is created.

Once the bearing or gear is placed on the yoke, eddy currents are induced inside the metal. The internal resistance of the material converts electrical energy into heat, producing uniform thermal expansion from inner diameter to outer diameter.

This process allows controlled mounting without damaging the surface hardness of the component.
