Q: How to use the bearing heater?

A: Preparation phase:

1.Check the equipment : make sure the heater is in good working condition, the power is connected correctly, and the heater is not damaged.

2.Clean parts: Before heating, ensure that the surface of bearings or other parts that need to be heated is clean and free of dust or grease to avoid bubbles or damage to the surface of parts during heating.

3.Choose the right heater: Depending on the size and shape of the bearing or part that needs to be heated, choose the right heater. Portable bearing heaters usually have heating chambers of different sizes to accommodate parts of different sizes.

Heating period:

1.Place parts: Place bearings or other parts that need to be heated into the heating chamber of the heater. Make sure the part is completely located in the heated area and avoid touching the wall of the heater to prevent overheating or damage.

2.Set temperature: Set the temperature of the heater according to the material of the bearing and the required assembly temperature. Typically, bearings are heated between 60°C and 120°C, depending on the bearing type and manufacturer's recommendations.
