Equipment Overview

The WTR-SIH5 model is a compact induction heating unit developed for workshop-based installation tasks.

It is commonly applied when mechanical components require expansion prior to mounting on shafts or housings.

Instead of applying external flame or oil immersion, this system transfers energy directly into the metal workpiece through alternating magnetic fields.

Heating Mechanism

When alternating current flows through the heating coil, a magnetic field is generated. The metal component placed on the yoke produces internal eddy currents, leading to gradual and controlled temperature rise.

This process allows the workpiece to expand evenly, supporting accurate assembly without mechanical force.

Installation Procedure

Position the bearing or metal ring on the yoke.

Select either temperature mode (0–300°C) or time mode (0–9999 seconds).

Start the heating cycle.

After reaching the preset value, the system automatically stops and performs demagnetization.

Remove the component and complete installation.
