How to protect the induction heater

Normally, the induction heater is a heat exchanger, the heat transfer surface is curved pipe, heat transfer process is mainly convection, heat conduction, cold fluid and hot fluid pipe wall is separated, the heat from the hot fluid through the wall transfer to the cold fluid. Only the hot steam cooling section, the saturated steam condensation section and the different heat transfer section of the water cooling section, the heat fluid has different forms of superheated steam, saturated steam and steam. The induction heater tube side is a high pressure water supply, the shell side is much lower than the medium pressure steam, the shell space during the long journey through the steam inlet pipe and exhaust pipe connected with the turbine body. U pipe burst pipe weld or strict leakage, water into the steam side shell caused by large, rapidly increased water level in the shell rises sharply and the steam pressure, the shell of high pressure water supply along the steam extraction pipeline oil poured into the steam turbine will cause serious accident shutdown. The water from the induction heater is hazardous, which causes the turbine blade to suffer mechanical damage and other consequences resulting from the hydraulic force. Moreover, the shell system is designed and manufactured according to the medium pressure, and the rapidly rising steam can cause the overpressure of the shell or even the explosion accident. In addition, when the heating energy can be used to weave the water, when the steam pressure of the steam turbine is suddenly reduced, it will cause the water to run away.
