Bearings Heating Machine Using Method
1.Make sure the main unit of the bearing heater is placed flat and cannot be tilted.
2.Plug in the power supply.
3.According to the inner diameter of the bearing, select the yoke corresponding to the inner hole of the bearing. In order to improve the heating efficiency, try to choose a yoke with a larger cross-sectional area.
4.Place the yoke on the end face of the main unit and make sure that the two fit flat.
5.Select the temperature or time control mode. If you need to adjust the temperature or time, press the up or down key and select the appropriate parameter.
6.Press the start button and the main unit starts to heat the workpiece. When heating, pay attention to the temperature display to ensure that the temperature is controlled within the appropriate range.
7.When the bearing is heated to the required temperature, the heater will automatically turn off the power, or you can stop heating by pressing the stop switch.
8.After stopping heating, move the yoke to the left or right, wear heat-insulating gloves or other protective measures, and remove the bearing.
