The Safety Protection Functions of Medium and High Frequency Equipment

With the development of the times, enterprises now pay more and more attention to safety. In response to the requirements of this era and in the attitude of being responsible for enterprises and worker brothers, our company has added the following protection items to all the equipment we produce.

Phase Loss Protection - Detects whether there is a phase loss in the three-phase AC input. If a phase loss is detected, it will immediately activate protection and stop working.

Leakage Protection - Monitors leakage during heating. If leakage is detected, it will immediately activate protection to enhance equipment safety.

Overcurrent Protection - The system has overcurrent cut-off protection to prevent power devices from being damaged due to overcurrent.

Overvoltage Protection - Monitors the power supply voltage. When the power supply voltage is too high, it will immediately activate protection to effectively prevent damage to power devices.

Undervoltage Protection - Monitors the power supply voltage. When the power supply voltage is too low, it will immediately activate protection to effectively prevent damage to power devices.

Low Water Pressure Protection - Protects the cooling water pressure. When the water pressure is too low, it will immediately activate protection to effectively prevent the induction coil from being burned out.

Over-temperature Protection - Monitors the temperature of cooling water and radiators to prevent power devices from being damaged due to excessive temperature.

In addition, it should be noted that these protection items added to our medium and high-frequency equipment are all equipped with audible and visual alarms. While alarming, the equipment will also automatically stop running. As long as we solve the corresponding alarm problems, we can restart the machine for use, avoiding operation under abnormal conditions, causing personal danger to operators and damage to equipment, and avoiding greater losses....
