WTR PIH series Convenient Bearing Heater

Working principle:

Using the principle of electromagnetic induction, the metal generates eddy currents in an alternating magnetic field to generate heat, which is usually used in metal heat treatment and other fields. The principle is that when thicker metals are exposed to an alternating magnetic field an electric current is generated due to electromagnetic induction. After thicker metals generate current, the current will form a spiral flow path inside the metal, so that the heat generated by the current flow is absorbed by the metal itself, which will cause the metal to quickly heat up. Thermal expansion is generated from the inside and outside, thus meeting the needs of interference assembly.

 

Performance characteristics:

1. Efficient heating: Small bearings are heated in batches and uniformly heated.
2. Safe and reliable: There is no generation of open flames or toxic gases. The fully enclosed insulation coil reduces the risk of exposed coils, and is wrapped with multiple layers of alkali free fiber tape. F-grade epoxy resin insulation paint is used for multiple protection, which is safer.

3. Easy to operate: microcomputer control, dual temperature and time control, digital screen display panel for visual operation.
4. High quality: insulated double glass fiber wrapped wire technology, longer service life, more insulated and heat-resistant.
