Industrial Portable Induction Heater Features
1.Rapid heating: 2.5KW power design can heat small-sized bearings to the target temperature (usually 80 ~ 120 ℃) in a few seconds to a few minutes, such as small workpieces can be heated up to 200 ℃ in 15 seconds, suitable for assembly line rapid assembly requirements.
2.Automatic demagnetisation function: the residual magnetism of the workpiece after heating is <2A/cm, avoiding the residual magnetism from interfering with the operation of precision equipments, especially suitable for assembly lines and automated assembly.
3.Supports workpieces with bearing bore diameters from 20 to 480mm, and can heat annular metal parts such as gears, bushings, couplings, etc. by replacing the yoke or adapter.
