Product features
● If the ambient temperature exceeds 70°C (158°F), the heater will stop automatically and the code "E01" will be displayed on the operation panel.
● When heating in temperature control mode, the heater will stop automatically if the temperature rise rate is too low, and the code "E01" will be displayed on the operation panel.
● When the heater is overloaded, the heater will automatically adjust the output power within a certain range; if the overload cannot be solved, the heater will automatically stop working by activating the power failure protection function.
● For heaters equipped with a rocker (rocker arm), the rocker can be fixed in the on position to ensure safety.
● The heater will stop automatically if the coil temperature exceeds 80°C (176°F) during heater operation.
Two heating modes
1) Temperature control mode
Used when controlling the heated workpiece to a desired target temperature, or when it is desired to maintain the temperature of the heated workpiece at a constant temperature for a period of time.
2) Time control mode
Used for batch heating when the time required to heat the workpiece to the desired temperature is known in advance.
