Operational approach

1. Place the bearing or gear on the appropriate step, and attach the temperature measuring head to the bearing to select the temperature mode. Connect the power supply and turn on the main power switch.

2.Select heating mode. 

2.1 Temperature mode

a. Press the "Temperature Mode" button to enter the temperature control mode. In temperature mode, the "temperature/time display" displays "110C" by default and the keep warm indicator light is on. If the temperature setting value is appropriate, press the "Start/Stop" button to start heating. The red "heating" indicator light above indicates heating.
b. If you need to change the heating temperature, press the "plus key" or "minus key" to adjust. The adjustment range is: 0-250°C. After adjustment, start heating as described in a. If you want to use the current set temperature next time, after adjusting, press the "Save button" and the next time you turn on the machine, the set temperature will be displayed by default.
c. In "Temperature Mode", press "Temperature Mode" to switch between keeping warm and non-keeping warm modes.
d. When heating is completed, it will stop automatically and the buzzer will alarm. Press the start/stop button to release the heating alarm.

2.2 Time mode

a. If you need to use time mode, in the temperature display interface, press the "time mode" button to switch to time mode. In time mode, "00:20" is displayed by default, that is, the heating time is 20 seconds. If the time is right, you can press the "Start/Stop" button to start heating. The red "heating" indicator light above is always on, indicating that it is heating.
b. If the heating time needs to be changed, you can also press the "plus key" or "minus key" to adjust. The time setting range is 0-99 minutes and 59 seconds. After the time is set, you can start heating as described in a.
c. After the time is set, if you want to use the set time next time, you can press the "Save" button to save it. Then the default time will be the set time next time.

Alarm indication

Display:

1.E001--If the heating temperature does not change for 20 seconds, the alarm will stop heating.
2.476--The temperature measuring head is not plugged in properly when measuring in temperature mode.

Notes

1. No-load operation is strictly prohibited
2. When heating in temperature mode, even if the probe is not adsorbed to the workpiece, it must be plugged in, otherwise the equipment will be damaged. Time mode does not make this requirement.
3. Pay attention to the temperature of the workpiece and wear protective gloves.
4. Pay attention to the temperature of the heating head during long-term use to prevent damage to the heating head due to excessive temperature.
