The WTR Induction Bearing Heater WTR-SIH2.2 is made of insulating material, safe and reliable operating process. The heater adopts both time and temperature control methods. The time can be selected within the range of 0-99 minutes. The heating temperature can be adjusted within the range of 0-300 ℃. According to the size of the workpiece, the different yokes with 14mm, 20mm, 28mm, 36mm, 48mm are equipped. Select the yoke with a size close to the workpiece aperture to maximize the thermal efficiency of the workpiece.

This bearing heater is controlled by microcomputer contactless switch, and the modular design of electrical appliances improves the reliability of the heater. This model induction heater is mainly used to heat many kinds of metal parts such as bearings, gears, couplings, etc. to make them expand to meet the needs of overfilling assembly.
