Portable Induction Heater for Efficient Bearing Installation and Maintenance
Working principle
WTR Portable Bearing Heater works like a similar way to transformers. The heater is a primary coil and the heated workpiece is a secondary coil. When the heater is activated, when a high voltage low alternating current passes through the primary coil (heater) which has a multi-turn coil, a low voltage high current is generated inside the heated workpiece, thus making the heated workpiece a secondary coil, and a high current flows through the workpiece so that it is heated.
Since the high current only passes through the workpiece, only the workpiece is heated up.
The workpiece is automatically demagnetized at the end of each heating process.
