This device adopt Electro-Magnetic induction theory, can fast heat small metal parts on auto or machines. Mainly used for heating Rusted/ Frozen/ Corrosive Bolt, Nut, Fasteners, Suspension Nut, Gears, Pulley, and Bearings etc. Meanwhile, it also can help removing stickers on cars.
Use rules of Best Induction Bolt Heater
1. This device is built in the over heat protection, it will shut itselfoffto preventdamage from overheat, you can use it after the temperature back to normal.
2. Please try not to use it over 2 minutes one time, although the device is built inthe over heat protection, however, life spam ofthe device may be reduced.
3. During use, please place the coil in the center ofbolt/heating object, try not toreach or close to large metal part where you don't need to heat), otherwise itwill increase working load and slow heating speed ofbolt. Please refer to Pic 4.
4. When the white coil insulation is breach, please replace with new insulationpipe, or replace the coil, ifyou have to use it, please not use it in the way of Pic 1, Pic 2.
(Breach of insulation pipe may lead to short circuit of induction coil, thusmay cause irretrievable damage to the heater)

5. Do not block the back end fan during working, otherwise cooling ability willdecrease,and cause overheat ofthe device very soon.
6. Please don't put this device in fridge, near the air conditioner vent, this maycause condense water inside ofthe device and may damage the board.
7. Please don't bend the power cord sharply, no matter in using or storage.
8. Please don't open the device by yourself.
